Heartwood’s Headquarters have a new address! We are excited to be moving into our new (and newly renovated!) home at 1622 Parker Drive in Charlotte! While it was very hard to leave our previous location on Old Pineville, we are growing faster than a fertilized tree! We will always cherish our time operating from that location, and all of the memories we shared with our Treeple there!
Our growing pains aren’t limited to only the size of our headquarters, but also to the size of our emails! As Heartwood has added staff to accommodate client requests, we have also added email addresses and phone numbers for communication. We have received occasional reports from clients that proposals from our Consultants haven’t reached their inbox! When you receive your appointment confirmation from our customer service staff, please be sure to mark our communication as “SAFE” or “NOT SPAM” in your inbox to ensure that you promptly receive work proposals from our Consultants, Scheduling information from our Territory Managers and Invoices from our Billing department. It takes the teamwork of our entire staff to care for your trees!
Heartwood is participating at the Tree Care Industry Association Annual Expo in Indianapolis this November! It’s great to get together again and share industry knowledge, training opportunities, and have the opportunity to review new technologies that will help everyone in our industry grow. Especially exciting for Heartwood at this event is the opportunity to educate up and coming arborists!
Love our Newsletter and Want to Read More? We recommend checking out NY Times Bestseller “The Wild Trees” by Richard Preston. This nonfiction work chronicles the daring of Dr. Steve Stillet, as he and a group of young scientists discover the wonders of the redwood forest canopies of Northern California.
